Our goal is to deliver high-quality, durable concrete work that meets your needs and expectations.

Estimates and Quotes

We offer free, no-obligation estimates for all residential concrete projects. When you request an estimate, we will visit your property, assess your needs, and provide a written quote. Please note:

• Estimates are not contracts.

• Final pricing may change based on material costs or changes to the project scope.

• You will be notified of any price changes before work begins.

Scheduling and Cancellations

After you accept our quote, we will schedule your project. We do our best to start and finish on time, but weather and material delays can sometimes affect scheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

Payments

Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your quote or contract. In most cases:

• A deposit may be required to secure materials or schedule work.

• Final payment is due upon completion of the project.

We accept checks, cash, and other payment methods as agreed.

Late payments may result in added fees or legal action.

Warranty and Satisfaction

We take pride in our work and want you to be happy with the results. Most of our services come with a limited workmanship warranty, which will be explained to you during the estimate process.

Our warranty does not cover:

• Natural wear and tear

• Cracks caused by soil movement, weather, or lack of maintenance

• Damage caused by other contractors or heavy equipment

If you’re not satisfied, please contact us right away so we can address your concerns.
